3. Quotes & Orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Prices may change after 30 days or if any changes or extras are requested.

A deposit of 50% of the total quote is required to confirm an order.

Orders are considered confirmed once the deposit is received.

Changes to designs or specifications after confirmation may incur additional charges.

4. Bespoke Products

All products are made-to-order.

Once fabrication begins, cancellations or returns are not possible.

Customers must ensure measurements and specifications are accurate before confirming an order.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is due before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment method: Bank transfer.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once fabrication has started, 

except as required under UK law.

6. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary.

Customers must provide safe site access for delivery and installation.

Any damage during delivery or installation caused by the customer, environment, or third parties is not our responsibility.

7. Guarantees & Warranties

We offer a 5-year guarantee on fabricated components supplied and installed by The Gate & Railing Company Ltd.

This guarantee does not cover finishes, as these are applied by external contractors.

The guarantee does not cover:

Accidental damage

Improper use

Normal wear and tear

Modifications made by third parties

To make a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product/service supplied.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
